Kirchhoff’s Current Law

In this lesson, we introduce the very important concept known as
Kirchhoff’s Law (KCL). We will use this law repeatedly as we solve
circuits because it is a universal relation that holds for all nodes in a
circuit. After viewing this lesson, the student will be comfortable
writing KCL equations at the nodes of any circuit.

Circuit Analysis, Vol 1 – Lesson 4 –
Power Calculation in Electric Circuits

In this lesson, we discuss the topic of power calculations in electric
circuits. We begin by defining the unit of Power as being the Watt and
how this unit relates to energy flow in a circuit. We then explain the
sign convention for positive and negative power in circuit calculations.
Finally, we use the power formulas to calculation power absorbed and
delivered in circuits.

Hp 50g, Lesson 19 – Graphing Multiple Equations

In this section, the student will learn how to graph two equations on the same set
of coordinate axes, how to trace the graphs to get (x,y) information from the plots,
and how to find the intersections of the graphs.

Hp 50g Calculator – Graphing Single Equations

In this section, the we will learn how to graph equations in the HP50g graphing
calculator. The student is taught how to enter the equation to be graphed, set
the window zoom parameters, graph the function, and trace the results to get
the (x,y) points on the graph.
