Sect 6 – Node Voltage Problems – Part 5

In this lesson, we continue to solve circuits using the Node Voltage method
of circuit analysis.  Here we take care to show each and every step in the
solution process so that the student gains practice and confidence with this method.

In this problem, we have two voltage sources in the circuit along with a
current source, and we are asked to use the node voltage method to
calculate the current in three different legs of the circuit.

Lesson 5 – Node Voltage Problems: Part 4

In this lesson, we continue to solve circuits using the Node Voltage
method of circuit analysis.  Here we take care to show each and every
step in the solution process so that the student gains practice and
confidence with this method.

In this problem, we have a voltage source and two current sources in
the circuit and we are asked to calculate the total power dissipated by
the resistor network using the node voltage method.

New Chemistry Lesson – Aqueous Solutions!

Sect 1 – Electrical Properties of Aqueous Solutions

In this lesson, we we begin the important task of studying the details
of chemical reactions that occur in a water solution (aqueous solution).
In this lesson, we discuss what an aqueous solution is, define strong
and weak electrolytes, and learn in detail how some substances dissociate
(break down) into charged ions when in solution.
